Task

A traveler is in an airport waiting for the last leg of a flight home when their flight gets abruptly canceled due to bad weather.

Approach

Write a message from the airline app notifying them of the cancellation and telling them what to do next. In cases of cancellations or failures, I aim to balance softening the blow of bad news and resolving the issue at once.

Here, I wanted to be mindful of tone to avoid coming across as passive. Additionally, I wanted to be as direct as possible while maintaining a supportive tone to recognize the inconvenience and emphasize the resolution.
